How should I care for my Simon Pearce glassware?
To maintain the clarity and integrity of our lead-free glass, we recommend hand-washing with mild detergent. Avoid extreme temperature changes, such as pouring boiling water into cold glass, to prevent thermal shock.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, non-personalized items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging; please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. International customers can contact our customer service team to discuss specialized shipping arrangements.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes, you can add a personalized gift message during the checkout process. We also offer signature gift wrapping for a small additional fee to make your presentation extra special.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. If you have ordered a personalized or engraved item, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for our artisans to complete your piece.
Are your pottery items microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our stoneware and pottery collections are safe for use in the microwave and dishwasher. However, we recommend avoiding high-heat drying cycles and sudden temperature shifts.
